Kamryn-4 Months Old

I have this little red and green tutu that I thought would be very appropriate for this holiday season...I dressed Kamryn up in it and took a few shots...I can't believe how big she is getting too! She is going to be 5 months old on the 26th...she is so beautiful and honestly has the sweetest personality ever...she rarely cries and babbles to her self with high-pitched girly squeals that just melt my heart...she smiles with her whole face, eyes squinting and mouth wide open, just like her mommy and brother did! She tolerates Kolby's crazy, loud outbursts and just smiles and talks to him when he is a centimeter from her face, obviously the boy doesn't know personal space :) Kamryn is pretty much rolling over and has definately found her voice. She sleeps through the night from 11pm-8am which is so nice, I never had that with Kolby. We will probably start introducing baby food in about a month or so...both kids have their well-checks tomorrow so we'll see what Dr. Filuk says.
Here are some photos from her 10 minute shoot in the tutu...LOVE EM!

Kolby's 2!

Kolby had his 2nd birthday on December 1...We had a birthday party for him and made sure we had the 3 things he asked for: 1) Ice Cream Cake 2) Balloons 3) Hats.... He enjoyed his birthday cake A LOT! and loved the balloons but the hats he didn't like...oh well maybe next year! It seems like Kolby has grown up so much since his birthday...here are a few areas/events that we are experiencing right now...he can't be contained...he has broken both gates that we have, he opens all doors, cupboards and drawers....he throws tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants and he enjoys trying to sit (or lay) on Kamryn and poke her eyes...he loves being naked so most of the day he runs around the house naked, and even if I wanted to keep clothes on him, I can't, he knows how to take clothes on and off...the only way I keep PJs on him is by putting them on backwards so he can't reach the zipper...he uses his potty chair a lot...I swear he goes potty every minute sometimes...just when I think "there is no way he has to go again!" he suprises me and does...he dislikes diapers ALOT and likes his big boy underwear...he counts to 3, and I think he actually gets it because he lines his cars up or whichever toys he is playing with and counts them out... he knows the colors purple, red, green and blue pretty good...he knows the sun, moon and stars...he is saying 2 and 3 word sentances and now knows the difference between yes and no...he actually says "yes" as much as he says "no", which suprises me for some reason, I guess because he has always said "no" to almost everything... he loves both of his sisters very much...he always asks where Randi is and is always kissing Kamryn and getting right up in her face and saying "Hi Baby-ryn" (he can't say his K's yet). I think my little boy is getting to be a big boy and every day is a new adventure with him. Kamryn is very sweet and lets her brother get a lot our attention but don't worry, we still give her tons too!

Here are some photos from his birthday party...

Puppies-MUST SELL

The puppies are getting bigger and more "puppy"like...they are playful and sweet. The males are a little more outgoing than the little female...but she is so sweet. She is tri-colored and has a really cute personality. They all do! Here are some new photos...ANYONE INTERESTED?!?!?!

Father-Daughter Dance

Randi's school held a father-daughter dance Friday! Randi got a new dress for the occasion and daddy got all dressed up. He suprised her with a little writslet, which she just loved!
They said they had a great time...I think it is just the cutest thing ever!

New Puppies!

Fuzzy and Dakota suprised us with 4 little puppies. Deven mentioned to me the week before that he thought Dakota might be pregnant...we thought we had some time but apparently border collies are only pregnant for 9 weeks! Friday November 6 Kolby and I went out to let the dogs out of their kennel and Dakota was no where to be seen...I knew right then what had happened...3 little puppies were in the dog house with her...panicked I called Deven, my sister, my sister in law and anyone I could think of...I have no idea what to do! Finally I got the dogs moved into the garage and my aunt Deb came over to help me with my own babies...Dakota was making me nervous because she herself seemed so anxious, running around and not really taking care of the pups...so I left her alone for about an hour and came back to find she had her 4th puppy! She calmed down after that and is being a great mom! Now the Hollemans have 6 dogs! If you know anyone interested let us know!

Halloween

We went around to visit the grandmas on halloween this year...Randi was Alex from Wizards of Waverly, Kolby was Superman and Kamryn was a little monkey...we did a little bit of trick or treating by Oma Tjoelker's house. Kolby caught on quick to trick or treating!

Family Portraits 2009

Once again it was time for the Hollemans to take family pictures. Aunt Kelli came and helped which was much appreciated...it was a little chaotic at times with Kamryn crying and Kolby screaming because he wanted to run around (Deven chasing after of course)...I was busy trying to tell Kelli what to do with the camera and little Randi was being sweet and doing just as she was told...With all the craziness we did end up getting some cute photos and a great family picture!

Kamryn- 2 1/2 weeks old!

We did a little photo session with Kamryn... she did pretty good! I can't believe its already been 2 1/2 weeks! At her 2 week appointment, she was past her birth weight and healthy as can be!

Kolby is adjusting pretty well and loves her to pieces... always trying to give her kisses! He also likes to smell her and say "stinky"...he thinks its hilarious!

Newest Member of the Holleman Family

Kamryn Marie came into the world on July 26 at 2:39am. She weighed 7lbs 3oz and was 19.5 in long. We had 3 names picked out and once we saw her, we knew Kamryn was the one! Her middle name is of course taken from my grandma. We are so in love with her!
